Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping
We currently ship to approved destinations as listed at checkout. Shipping timeframes are estimates and depend on postal and courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.
Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been sent. Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout — we are unable to redirect parcels once they are in transit.
Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Please note that once a parcel has been dispatched, it is in the hands of a third-party carrier and we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage that occurs after collection.
Incorrect Addresses
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout may incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country upon arrival.
Natural Product Variations
Our sacred plant products are natural and handcrafted, which means slight variations in colour, shape, texture or appearance may occur between batches. This is part of their beauty and does not indicate a defect.
