Experience the heart-opening magic of a Cacao Ceremony. The cacao offered in ceremony is intentionally chosen for its purity and energetic integrity. Grown and prepared in deep relationship with the Earth and the spirit of the plant, each bean is cultivated and processed by hand in sacred ceremony and infused with prayer, gratitude and intention. Cacao naturally contains compounds such as theobromine, anandamide and tryptophan which elevate mood, increase blood flow and support the release of serotonin and dopamine. This is the body’s natural “feel-good” hormones. It also provides magnesium and antioxidants that calm the nervous system and support heart and circulatory health.
